Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your items. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Any apparel or clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items with tags removed.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts, unless it is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective products).
  • Products purchased in the wrong size. Please refer to our size guides and measurements before placing your order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email within a few days of receiving your return to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@aeriscollective.com.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We will exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.

Returning Your Item

To return an item, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Shipping and Delivery Times

Please note that the time it takes for your returned or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
